We will be holding office hours on Monday, June 6th from 12:00-1:00PM should you want to ask any questions about how to enter your appointments on the Smartsheet.

Dear SHARE Region,
We have recently received questions about how to enter lecturer salaries in your smartsheets. Please enter the salary provided to you on your appointment letters that includes the future 3% increases onto the Smartsheet.
When entering appointments and reappointments, and to avoid the range adjustments being erroneously applied twice, our Region will not update salaries. This way when the July 1, 2022 range adjustments are processed centrally, they will be captured then.
