We will begin entering pre-six lecturer appointments starting Wednesday, June 8th.
We will be holding office hours on Monday, June 6th from 12:00-1:00PM should you want to ask any questions about how to enter your appointments on the Smartsheet.

We will be reviewing each department’s smartsheet prior to June 8th to ensure that all pre-six lecturer appointments and reappointments have been entered correctly. We highly encourage you to review your Smartsheet entries before June 8th. You may be contacted by Sarah or Danielle should we have any questions regarding the entries.
We will hold off on entering continuing lecturer reappointments until the Dean’s Office generates all of the official appointment letters for the continuing lecturers.
Please note that we have updated the salary scale tables in the Smartsheet that were located in the information icon in the “Step” column to the new 07/01/2022 tables.
