The smartsheets are now ready and they have been shared with your department staff that handle lecturer appointments. If you have not received your lecturer smartsheet, please email Sarah Atianzar
We will also begin emailing about lecturer end dates. In order to contact the correct department staff, we ask you to please complete or update the following lecturer contact list.
As a follow up to our meeting last week, we wanted to let you know that we will be holding office hours on the following dates and times:
These office hours are meant to help department staff enter their lecturer appointments on the smartsheet. With so much recent change, we want to ensure that staff have an opportunity to ask questions and confirm their smartsheet entries are correct.
