Required training that impacts future salary increases:
Required training for non-represented staff members, eligibility for future salary increases is contingent upon being up-to-date with all three Foundational Skills this year by June 10, 2022.
For staff managers and supervisors, eligibility for future salary increases is contingent upon:
- you being up-to-date with all three Foundational Skills listed above by June 10, 2022
- your direct reports completing their assigned Foundational Skills training by June 10
- you completing the BPM Part 1: Grow Today certificate by June 10, 2022 (unless a division head has approved an extension)
