Changes to some HR allocations:
With the finalization of the transition of ChaMPS departments to ERSO and SHARE, we have now been able to evaluate and decide on new allocations that will balance our HR workload as a whole. We anticipate the following changes:

The SHARE Region is pleased to announce this year’s Staff Appreciation and Recognition (STAR) Award Program for staff covered by Personnel Policies for Staff Members (PPSM) and for clerical staff covered by the CX bargaining unit. The STAR Award program this year includes the Spot Award ($500):
The Spot Award ($500 per award) is designed to recognize a significant and outstanding contribution(s) on a particular effort above and beyond position duties.

We wanted to quickly remind you about the three days leading up to Thanksgiving, November 22–24. We have offered our staff these days as optional, extended Thanksgiving break days. As a result, you may experience delays in service and response times.
Human Resources:
If you have not already done so, please enter and approve your ASE/GSR and Lecturer hires on the smartsheet as soon as possible so that anyone that needs to complete onboarding is invited prior to Thanksgiving break.
