I hope you are all doing well! Below are some important HR updates, we would like to share with you.

Staffing Changes:

We have recently made some changes to our organizational structure and we have promoted Ana Chavez to Operations Supervisor. As a result, we have been working diligently at finding her replacement and have promoted Nicole Villagran-Tartari to HR Partner.

This is a reminder of the Fall 2022 ASE/GSR Hiring deadlines and some updates that will facilitate a smooth hiring process. 

Deadlines:

1. 7/18/2022 - All ASE/GSR Smartsheet entries/approvals due for on-time 9/1/2022 pay

2. 8/5/2022 - DocuSign packets must be completed by ASE/GSRs for on-time 9/1/2022 pay

Winter curtailment deadlines for BRS and the Controller's Office.

Berkeley Regional Services' (BRS) HR Service Hub Project Team has just announced the 10/25/21 launch of the HR Service Hub which will replace HR ServiceNow (IT ServiceNow will not be impacted).
