HR Generalist Changes

Dear SHARE Departments,

You are receiving this email because you will be impacted by some of our recent staffing changes.

We are happy to announce that our own Connie Dolino has recently been promoted to a new HR Partner position with our SHARE Region. Connie came to us from Lawrence Berkeley National Lab where she was previously working on Postdoc appointments. Her experience there as well as her success as an HR Generalist for SHARE made her a great candidate for the role. Connie will be starting her new role today, November 1st, 2021. While new and existing cases have been handed to other SHARE staff, Connie has graciously agreed to help us process any hires on her smartsheet through December 31st, 2021.

We are also sad, but excited to announce that Arlene Banaga recently accepted a position with our People and Culture Recruitment team. Arlene has been such a strong contributor to our HR Generalist team and we fully support her in her future endeavors with UC Berkeley. Arlene’s last day with our SHARE Region is this Friday November 5th, 2021. 

Also, effective today November 1st, our HR Generalists now report to Darryl San Pedro. Any HR Generalist escalations should be routed directly to Darryl for prompt attention.

With all of these changes on the horizon, I want to provide you with a list of contacts that you can reach out to for your HR requests until we recruit for your new HR Generalists.
