Dear SHARE Region,
Though it seems we have just completed the call for Spring ‘21 hiring, we have been working on details for next semester and want to share information about Summer/Fall 2021 ASE/GSR and Lecturer Hiring processes. Departments have provided feedback that they would prefer to have this information as early as possible.
While our teams are working on new Smartsheets and minor improvements, I want to share some highlights of next semester’s efforts to help you prepare.
Actions for you:

Refer to the following ASE/GSR and Lecturer Hires webpages. We are now featuring all important ASE/GSR and Lecturer hire details on the BRS website.
2. Collect your Summer/Fall ‘21 hire information in preparation for the new AY21-22 Smartsheets:

Enter the new appointments on your new ASE/GSR Smartsheet beginning on 3/1/21 at 1:00pm

For now, we ask that you do not enter those Summer/Fall ‘21 hires on your existing Smartsheet(s).

Edit access to the previous year ASE/GSR Hiring AY20-21 Smartsheets will be removed on 2/25/21 at 9:00am in preparation for the cross-over.

Note: new Lecturer Smartsheets will be available soon; we will let you know when they are ready. Pleasehold Lecturer requests until the new sheets are ready

Reminder: the expectation for fall is that our campus will be returning to in person operations and fall appointees will need to to arrive in the U.S. with valid work authorization prior to the start of their appointments
