Spring '24 ASE/GSR and Lecturer Hiring Reminder

This is a friendly reminder of the approaching deadline of November 6, 2024 for Spring 2024 ASE/GSR and Lecturer smartsheet submissions. We acknowledge that some of you may still be awaiting further guidance on certain ASE/GSR appointments and we understand some of these submissions may take longer than expected.

However, if you have your information ready, we encourage you to add and approve these appointments on the smartsheet for timely processing by the above deadline. Our goal is to process as many appointments as possible after November 6th, especially any hire requests that may require onboarding. 

We will continue to process appointments as they come in, but cannot guarantee they will be paid timely after November 6th, therefore the earlier we receive them, the better we are able to ensure they are processed timely.
