Dear SHARE,
We are writing to let you know that we need to make some HR Partner re-assignments to accommodate changes in our organization. We have one HR Partner on extended leave and another that is leaving SHARE. We have already launched recruitments to fill these important roles and identified existing HR staff to provide continuous service until these positions have been filled. We know that transitions in staffing can be challenging and we are doing our very best to retain SHARE staff. Unfortunately, we cannot prevent turnover entirely.

Please expand the table using the plus “+” sign to find your department and corresponding HR Staff in SHARE. HR Partners handle Staff, Postdocs, Non-Senate and Academic Titles. HR Generalists are responsible for Students, ASE/GSR, Visiting Scholars/Researchers, Volunteers and AffiliatesTitles.
During this time of transition, we ask that you please submit ServiceNowcases for as many HR requests as possible, to help our HR Partners keep track of their additional assignments. If you need assistance with more complex HR requests or consultations, please reach out to the HR Resources assigned to your department. Their name is a direct link to their contact information.
