SHARE December Deadlines

Dear SHARE Region,

As communicated earlier, yesterday was the last day to submit monthly and biweekly employee hire requests, extension requests & pay impacting UC Path transactions for employees to be paid on 12/23/2019 (biweekly) & 1/2/2020 (monthly).

While we cannot guarantee that requests submitted past 12/2/2019 will be entered with enough time to impact the 12/23/2019 (biweekly) & 1/2/2020 (monthly) paychecks, we encourage you to turn them in as soon as possible so that we can process them on a first come first serve basis.

The next upcoming deadline are:

• Departments to collect from Readers, Tutors, Student Assistants & TSPs any outstanding timesheets for previous months in the semester. They must turn in their manual timesheets or submit them via the reader/tutor online application no later than 12/9/19 in order for them to be processed and paid before curtailment. 
• For Readers and Tutors that are biweekly positive time please have them submit hours for 12/1/19 through 12/14/19 no later than 12/14/19 in order to be paid on the 12/23/19 check date.
• For Readers and Tutors that are biweekly positive time please have them submit hours for 12/15/19 through 12/28/19 no later than 12/28/19 in order to be paid on the 1/08/20 check date.
•  For Readers, Tutors and TSPs that are monthly positive time please have them log all of their December hours by 12/9/19 either via manual timesheet or the Reader/Tutor timekeeping application.
• REMEMBER: Hours submitted via the reader tutor online application after the deadlines above will automatically pay on the next available paycycle.
