Blucard Refunds When a refund is anticipated for a conference participant or any other vendor, kindly add a comment on the Purchase Order along with any refund receipts. We have encountered situations where refunds are being processed without prior communication from the responsible parties, making it challenging to accurately track the correct transaction, especially when multiple transactions involve the same blucard. Gordon Research is one of the suppliers with whom this issue has arisen frequently. |

Research Guided Dashboard The Supply Chain Management team seeks input from users regarding the newly introduced Research Guided Dashboard. Upon logging into BearBUY, you will notice a set of new tiles in the left-hand column. These dashboards have been created to offer guidance for common types of purchases that support everyday functions in offices, laboratories, buildings, IT, and event management. Please note that these dashboards are a work in progress, and their content will be continuously refined based on your valuable feedback over the coming months. The official launch date for the new Guided Dashboard Landing Page is Monday, November 6, 2023. UCinvoice UCinvoice@berkeley.edu will sunset at the end of the year. If you receive invoices directly from vendors, instead of routing them to our Accounts Payable department via UCinvoice email, they must transition to using Transcepta for submission. Should suppliers have inquiries, they are encouraged to contact disburse@berkeley.edu for assistance. |
