Reader/Tutor Timesheets Application

Dear ORUs and Department Managers: 
We hope you are enjoying this amazing weather! 
As discussed in the A&H and Social Science Managers’ meetings, Reader/Tutor Timesheets application for hourly paid employees will go live for the whole campus on 6/30. Here is a link to the announcement from VCA about this. We will no longer accept the manual paper timesheets for these employees except in an exceptional circumstance. All hourly Readers and Tutors will need to submit their timecard online via the new application, by the applicable (MO or BW) payroll deadline. The application does not accept late timesheets. The application ONLY allows time to be entered and changed by the employee. We are not able to make any changes. Once the Reader/Tutor clicks “Submit” an email will go to their supervisor on record in UCPath asking for approval. The Supervisor may approve, forward the link to someone else to approve, or "unsubmit" the time and ask the Reader/Tutor to make changes and submit again. An email about this was sent to all Reader/Tutor employees and their supervisor on record in UCPath, on June 11th. A job aid for using the new application is now available under “How-to’s” on the SHARE HR website.
