We hope this email finds you well and safe!
As we approach the end of the Spring 2021 semester, we would like to provide you with the lecturer end date report for lecturers within your department.
We ran an end date report for the following job codes/titles:
- 1636 - LECT-AY-1/10
-
1630 - LECT-AY
- 1652 - CONTINUING APPT-TEMP AUG

Please go through this end date report and indicate in Column A ("Action Required") via the drop down option whether the department would like to Terminate the appointment, if their Fall appointment has already been Entered on the Smartsheet, or if you Will enter on Smartsheet. Column B ("Notes/Comments") allows you to type in any other notes/comments you have for that lecturer appointment as well.
We are asking that you take action by Monday, May 10th, 2021. Please note that earlier deadlines are required once again in order to not negatively impact pay and benefits. Lastly, if we don't receive a response from you by May 10th we will have to terminate appointments in order to avoid overpayments.
