Bringing you a couple of updates as we start the new fiscal year.
Please review this spreadsheet to help us resolve any vouchers that are 30 or more days past due. I have included the accounting date as well. There are a number of past-due invoices that were recently vouchered. I will continue to update and send this every month. Thank you to everyone who responds in Bearbuy or via email, we have been able to keep this list low for a while.

UPS Potential Strike Update
UPS employees may strike as early as August 1st. All POs default to FedEx as the preferred shipper. For standard orders, the vendor should use FedEx Ground for shipping and bill third party to our FedEx # 657 814 776. This info is sent with every PO. If you have any upcoming orders that may not ship via FedEx, they should be placed in advance to arrive before August 1st. When requesting quotes from vendors, please communicate that FedEx is preferred.

Effective November 27, 2023, the Drug Supply Chain Security Act (DSCSA) is a federal law that outlines requirements that must be followed by all entities involved in the pharmaceutical supply chain to enhance unit level tracing of prescription drugs throughout the supply chain, making it easier to protect patients from suspect or illegitimate drugs. Each individual Amerisource Bergen account holder will be assigned a GLN, global location number. Information is available at this link. https://www.amerisourcebergen.com/dscsa. Amerisource Bergen will contact account holders between now and November with additional instructions to obtain and use the GLN.
