Dear SHARE:
If you have any J-1 Scholars such as Visiting Scholars, Visiting Student Researchers, Postdocs or Lecturers with a January or February 2023 start date, the SHARE Region needs to receive these requests via ServiceHub as soon as possible, but no later than September 9, 2022.
Berkeley International Office has alerted us that any J-1 visas with a January of February 2023 start date need to be submitted to them by 10/3/2022. Please note that anything submitted to the SHARE Region after September 9, 2022 may require additional payment for expedited processing.
