End of Year Deadlines

Dear SHARE Region,

There are some fast approaching deadlines that are earlier than usual due to holidays, UC Path blackouts and curtailment.
Below is a list of all of the upcoming deadlines in chronological order for the remainder of the year.
Please do not hesitate to reach out to us if you have any questions or concerns.

All MOZ timesheets are due for November

Please submit all MOZ timesheets to share_payroll@berkeley.edu for processing on the 11/27/19 pay date.

11/12/2019 at noon

All monthly employees

Please submit all MO employee hire requests & pay impacting UC Path transactions to ensure employees are paid accurately on 11/27/19 pay date.** This is an earlier deadline due to Thanksgiving

11/15/2019

All ASE/GSR

appointment requests must both be entered/approved in smartsheet in order to use SWB (short work break)

11/25/2019

Lecturers

All Lecturer appointment requests must both be entered/approved in smartsheet

12/2/2019

All Monthly and Biweekly employees

Submit all employee hire requests & pay impacting UC Path transactions for employees to be paid on 12/23/2019 (biweekly) & 1/2/2020 (monthly)

** This is an earlier deadline due to curtailment & UC Path blackouts

12/9/2019

Readers/ Tutors

Departments should inform any Readers, Tutors, Student Assistants & TSPs that have outstanding timesheets for previous months in the semester to turn in their timesheets no later than 12/9/19 in order for them to be processed before curtailment. For Readers and Tutors that are exception time, please turn in December timesheets by 12/9/19.
