Dear SHARE Region,
We are writing to provide an update on the status of Fall ASE/GSR Hiring and to follow up on pending items to help resolve many of the pending hire requests.
If our team has reached out to you to update your position numbers, please process the updates as soon as possible. In order for ASE/GSRs to be paid on time, the requested position number updates need to be processed. Some of the updates include:

Salary admin plan update to BKBX

UCPATH is rejecting our entries for any ASE (GSI & Reader) position numbers that do not have salary admin plan BKBX

Grade updates
-
FTE changes
-
Title code changes
Please note that our team cannot move forward with data entry until the position number data matches what has been requested in Smartsheet. This may result in delayed pay and access to systems. If you need additional support to process the position data updates, please let us know or reach out to your respective HR Generalist.
